I sat down with Monty Lans, one of the most authentic and gifted content creators I have had the pleasure of watching from the sidelines. And trust me, I watched for a while before I finally said, I have to get this man on the podcast. Because Monty is not just talking about purpose, he is living it out, boldly, unapologetically, and with a whole lot of humor along the way.

Monty went from college basketball star with a full scholarship and a shot at playing overseas, to stand-up comedian performing alongside some of the biggest names in New York, to network marketer, to solar sales, to surviving the pandemic on unemployment and PPP loans and somehow, through all of it, landing exactly where God needed him to be: a full-time content creator and strategist helping people show up, build their brand, and use their gifts without apology.

In this conversation, Monty takes us through the winding, unfiltered road of his purpose journey  and what comes out of it is something every single one of us needs to hear. We talk about passion, identity, comparison, faith, money, and what it really means to steward the gifts God has placed in your hands.
