Bethsaida is a dedicated special education teacher, whose heart for serving others has shaped her life’s mission. Together, they’ve built a marriage rooted in faith, purpose, and deep intentionality.

But their journey wasn’t without challenges. Both walked through heartbreak, divorce, and seasons of waiting before finding each other. And when they did, they made a decision—this time, they would do it differently.

With a background in biotech and web-based technology, he has worked with Fannie Mae and J.P. Morgan Chase, cutting short sale processing from 360 days to 30-60 days. For 25+ years, he has mentored urban youth, achieving a 97% participation rate and 100% success in education and employment.

Terrance also leads discussions on racial reconciliation, consults on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and has raised nearly $100 million for nonprofit initiatives, bridging business, technology, and social change.

Bethsaida Wallace

Bethsaida Wallace is a certified Special Education Assistant Teacher with a deep passion for working with children and youth. Earning her certification was one of her proudest achievements, a milestone she approached with commitment, faith, and purpose.

Although her background includes roles as a bookkeeper and administrative assistant, she always felt called to something greater. That calling led her to special education, where she has dedicated the past ten years to supporting and empowering students with diverse learning needs. Through this journey, Bethsaida has discovered that her work is not just a career—it’s a purpose-driven mission that continues to shape and inspire her every day.
